The number of unemployed people, aged 15 years old and over, dropped by 163,000 to 2.96 million year-on-year in November, it said, adding the unemployment rate dropped by 0.5 percentage point

Hitachi Zosen unveils world's biggest shield tunneling machine

OSAKA, Japan - Hitachi Zosen Corp. shows to the press on Dec. 25, 2012, what it claims to be the world's largest shield tunneling machine at its Sakai plant in Osaka Prefecture.
